This Directive: 1. Supercedes and reissues reference (a). 2. Updates policy, assigns responsibilities, and prescribes procedures for the management of DoD housing. 3. Continues authorization for publication of DoD 4165.63-M (reference (b)), pursuant to reference (c), to consolidate policy guidance and procedures for the DoD Housing Management Program.
