Our objective was to determine the accuracy of the Marine Corps Small Arms Registry (Registry) data. Specifically, we reviewed controls over weapons held at 22 III Marine Expeditionary Force (MEF) activities relocating as part of the Defense Posture Review Initiative (DPRI).
