Old Trees (OTR) of Neem growing near Water Source (WS) are preferred. New Leaves (NLV) are preferred and Freshly Prepared (FP) formulations are given. Neem trees are enriched with Traditional Allelopathic Knowledge (TAK). These are differences of opinion (DO) among Traditional Healers on the use of Neem in this schedule.

Complex Herbal Formulation no. 124 (CHF-124) is given. It contains 30 primary, 75 secondary and 3 Tertiary ingredients (30P-75S- 3T). All ingredients are enriched through Traditional Allelopathic Knowledge (TAK). Formulation is prepared under strict Supervision (SP) of the Traditional Healers. Freshly prepared (FP) formulation is used. In general Ingredients of Formulations are kept secret (SECO). There are differences in opinion (DO) among the Healers of different region. This Formulation is not available commercially (NACOM). Not mentioned in Ayurveda (NM-Ayurveda, in Unani (NM-Unani), in World Literature (NM-World Lit.). There are Diet restrictions (DIET RESTRICTIONS) during use of this Formulation. It is taken with Honey or Milk. There are 35 versions of this Formulation. Level of Adaption (LADPT4) among Healers of young generation is 4 i.e. very poor. Patients with diseases of nervous system must take it with special precaution. (Special Precaution-NERV. DIS.).
