we'll talk more about the rest of the workweek into the weekend coming up. here at 4:30 i'm going to keep an eye on your main travel times. you are in the green on every single one of them. even in the altamonte pass. that's a 206-minute ride. you are still good to go on the eastbound freeway. that's not causing any delays at this moment. the 101 in the northbound direction. southbound there are a couple of accidents that are going to be slowing you down. in the meantime a live look at the bay bridge. you're slow and go in those cash lanes backed up significantly and those metering lights are not yet on. a little bit easier in that san mateo bridge direction. you are looking good to go. i'm an mack anne makovec

attack in a woman outside a condominium complex. a victim in that san francisco sdinlt and believed he was responsible for the previous attack but vincent's attorney was able to prove his client was in southern california at this time so the february case is expected to be dismissed today. >> this afternoon in a santa clara county courtroom a man is expected to face charges. the man was trying to avoid a traffic stop on sunday night and crashed into a car operating as a ride share vehicle. one ride share passenger fwent 8-year-old carol major of santa clara was killed. another passenger and the ride share driver were injured. 32-year-old claudio perrara.
the wife and child of a minor league baseball player are reportedly among the dead in a triple homicide in virginia. captured the suspect who is related to at loos two of the victims. >> violence erupts in virginia tuesday. >> our office received a call from a neighbor just down the street advising us that they believe someone had been shot. >> three people found dead in pennsylvania county. >> this is a shock to anybody's community when something like this happens and it's just a reminder of how fragile life is. bivens is with the montgomery biscuits apart of the tampa bay rays organization. the suspect is bivens 18-year-old brother-in-law who police have named as matthew bernard. he has been arrested on three counts of first-degree murder. bernard attacked a grounds keeper athe a baptist church
while on the run. >> i didn't wish it happened. i'm not one to get involved in something like this. authorities say they placed three schools in the area on lockdown. they eventually captured him and took him into custody. >> i would say the immediate threat is gone to this community today. that would be of some help but it just, it's a call for vigilance for all of us. >> it's unclear whether bernard has an attorney or what plea he will enter. authorities have not released word about a possible motive. the gun control debate is taking place in san francisco. gun control advocates sat alongside house speaker nancy pelosi. the town hall was designed to pro mote legislation passed by democrats that would require gak ground checks for every gun

going to kick in with us and this is the remnants of what's left of tropical storm ivo. now we're looking at cooler temperatures and back down to where we should be for this time of year. so seasonal daytime highs. as we go through future cast you can see the skies clearing. you can see that along the coast. and then for tomorrow morning that cloud cover extending a little bit farther inland. you can see that here we are at 6:00 a.m. tomorrow and it's going to be a gray start for most of us and eventually the clearing. this is the latest in tropical storm dorian and it's 85 miles southeast of st. croix there. winds at 60 miles per hour. northwest at 13 for that movement. and here is the projected path of this. so likely making landfall at least in puerto rico hitting puerto rico later this afternoon and then close to the dominican
republic by overnight on thursday around 2:00 a.m. and then it will likely strengthen into a category one hurricane as it continues in the atlantic and at this point the latest weather models have it approaching the florida coast as a category one storm. so watching that very closely for you. back at home we're looking at highs in the upper 80s to low 90s. 89 in concord. looking at 90 in fairfield. 91 in livermore. 74 in oakland. highs cooler compared to yesterday and we will continue on that cool down as we go through the rest of the workweek. 87 for a high inland some of our warmest spots for thursday and for friday and check out the weekend. we warm back up as high pressure builds back in with plenty of sun saturday, sunday, warmer still on monday. coming down just a little bit for tuesday. we only have a few trouble
spots here. 447 i'll get to those right off the bat. we're moving along. you can see it's mostly green in most of those spots. a couple of issues we've got there are two of them in the south bay. you can see the residual yellow slowing right there. it's in the opposite direction there was an accident that's been moved. now it looks like it's been cleared and 101 southbound just before you get to 680, there is an oil spill that's off to the right-hand side they're in the process of cleaning that up. in the meantime it doesn't look like it's causing any delays. over to the altamonte pass. for those of you headed westbound that has been moved to the right shoulder. but it is slow and go as you are passing that. 18 miles an hour that westbound direction. then you're through the pass and good to go back up to a regular running speed. the dublin interchange or southbound out of the dublin
interchange. however that overall drive time is out of the red . highway 4 is 26 minutes and 101 is 36 minutes. the bay bridge metering lights are not yet on. you are backed up on those cash lanes. the san mateo bridge in that westbound direction is also a little bit higher volume than it was 5 minutes ago but not terrible at this hour. no stalls or crashes. eastbound everything there looks good to go. you do see flashing lights but that's not the result of any lane closures or construction as you can see moving along without a problem into marin county this morning. show time is show casing america's first ladies and saturday night live is bidding farewell to one of its most popular players. >> what do you think about this dating website for people that smoke weed? >> man, i think it's great because you've got to be high to be able to go on a date with a
