many people are out of a job this morning after they say a company that serves school lunches just never paid them! james ojeda says a company called n- s-l-p solutions reached out to him with a craigslist ad, looking for everything from chefs to servers. the company works with several valley charter schools including somerset academy in north las vegas. employees say after workng a month they still weren't paid and their boss wouldn't pick up the phone! sot james ojeda / head chef and i tried to hang in there to see if it would gt better, but it got worse. we tried reaching out to the company but had no luck. schools that used the company are now having to make other arrangements to make sure kids get their lunch. this morning bail stands at 100- thousand dollars for the mother accused of leaving her gun out.. resulting in a toddler being shot. police say shaletres townsend had her gun on a chair where children were playing.. and someone accidentally caused it to discharge.

we're just getting this video that shows the athlete moments after hit was hit. dennis tuatagaloa says he was struck by lightning while leaving the football field last night in san deigo. he's 6 feet tall and 250 pounds but the lightning left him totally powerless... just somebody tackling you down to the ground and basically hugging you there. i don't know, it was one of the worst pains in my life. dennis says he remembers his couldn't say anything back. he also says he could smell smoke! fortunately, dennis is doing just fine this morning. it's definitely getting cooler in southern nevada.. but at lee peak.. it's cold enough for this. the spring mountains got a light dusting of snow from the storm that's been passing through. the temps have been cold enough to bring the snow level down to about 10- thousand feet. as the disturbance moves out,
