this is the product... ...it's an l-e-d gel window "cling". according to the consumer product safety commission... the clings can come apart and expose the l-e- d/button battery compartment. if a child found the button and tried to swallow it... ...they could possibly choke. there have been no reports of injuries. customers can get a refund if they return the clings. a huge media deal is underway... one of the biggest the industry has ever seen. a-t and t and time warner have announced a merger... worth 85 billion dollars. the deal would combine a-t and t's wireless and internet services... with time warner's entertainment and programming... giving "a-t and t" control of channels like c-n- n, t-n-t, and h-b-o. the deal still needs approval from government regulators... which could take more than a year.

are dead and more than 30 injured. after a deadly tour bus crash in southern california. the crash happened yesterday morning in palm springs. when a tour bus collided with a big rig truck on the interstate. authorities say the tour bus was traveling at a high rate of speed. jim abele, california highway patrol: in almost 35 years i've never been to a crash where there has been 13 confirmed fatal accidents. so, it's tough, it's tough for all of the national transportation safety board is investigating this crash authorities are trying to uncover a black box to get more information. but they say this bus is an older model, so it may not have one. and more than a dozen people were injured following a highway pileup in arizona yesterday afternoon. state troopers say a cattle truck was unable to stop on the interstate. and rear-ended or side-swiped 24 vehicles. four people were flown to the hospital with moderate to serious injuries. the arizona department of
