police are looking for potential victims who may have been unknowingly filmed at a vacation rental. now the homeowner is facing a grand jury indictment. christopher rogers owns the home near pecos and warm springs that was advertised on as a vacation rental. police saya renter found hidden cameras in the smoke detectors in several rooms of the home back in january. police investigated and rogers was arrested in june. he's now facing a grand jury indictment on five counts of capturing an image of the private area of another. anyone with more information should call police

clark county voters are heading to the polls in record numbers. fox5's faith tanner went to an early voting location to talk to people about why they're casting their ballots early.

campaign, you can now do so nightly. the trump campaign just launched a nightly newscast on facebook. it went live for the first time last night. the stream averaged -40- to 60-thousand viewers on facebook within the first half hour. and a-m-c theaters just annouced it is teaming up with c-n-n- to broadcasting the election results on its big screens at some theaters around the country. a-m-c says viewers can choose between "red" or depending on their party preference. unfortunately, they won't be doing this in las vegas. the closest theaters are in los angeles. in more local news, a well-knonw home in the southwest valley is left in shambles, after a tank drove right through it! from "the wizard of oz" will be restored, thanks to a kickstarter effort. the smithsonian annouced it has raised enough money to restore dorothy's iconic slippers. the museum says the kickstarter effort raised 300- thousand dollars in the past week. the smithsonian is now extending the campaign to raise 85-grand to restore the scarecrow's costume. the outfit was donated to the museum in 19-87. the backstreet boys are back! and fans can't get enough of the boy band. new dates just added to their vegas residency. when tickets go on sale... after the break. so a deer walks

after months of back and forth, prince's paisley park can now open permanently as a museum. paisley park is prince's former home, and it will soon become a shrine for his legions of fans. on monday, the city council voted to re-zone paisley park as a permanent museum.

beginning of a bad joke huh? well it really happened at a bar in alabama. somehow this buck made its way into the bar, and it took police and game wardens hours to set it free! the old bar is being renovated into a hair salon, so the deer didn't end up causing too much unnecessary damage. after two long hours, the front door and ran down the street. summer may be over... but one dog in alabama isn't quite ready to let it go. cat reid is tracking the four-legged ice cream fanatic.
