Brigham City temple opening supervisor Clifford Daines (spelling?) calls the cops on Rob Sivulka for thinking he was outside a free speech zone even though he was on a public sidewalk. Cops come and straighten the matter out. This is prior to the ACLU suing the city, and the city not enforcing the sidewalk restrictions the last couple days of the opening.
