This is a 30 minute television episode of the "Red Skelton Show." It is excellent entertainment.

I have to go along with a comment left by "RM_115." I saw most of Red's shows as them came on the air, but did miss a few. Had my chance to go to the "before the show - show," I think they called it, but missed that too, sorry to say. These were in the days of "live audiances." In truth, he had to prove himself each time he did a show, no thanks, I could never do something like that. I was told by one of Red's costars in a movie, "you have to watch him, and get your lines in when you are supposed to, or he will just keep adlibbing hehehehe . . .

The world suffers greatly when comedians like Red Skelton leave us, but thanks to recording media their legacies are here for those of us who remember them and future generations. Thanks a million to the poster who shared this with us :)
