that's a $3.2 million for a teen center and a library learning literacy learning center. of course, we certainly falsify and does not oppose teens or literacy but those are unproven programs and will have a harmful and negative effect which the library has not discussed in its document yesterday nor to the library commission and those include the access to the fifth floor and the magazines to the brooks hall are in brief what we as far know is the teen center project and the teen literacy learning center are a library destruction project there's 0 no mention of what happens to the
