This is a nicely acted crime drama. I agree with accalaurie49 that the movie is too short. Much more could have been done with all the suspicion built in the first act. The story was too straightforward. Listen closely in the scene where Sir John is talking in his sleep.
After the electricity is lost because of the storm, candles are used to amazing effect to light the large study. Later, moonlight is equally amazing in lighting Ann's bedroom, until she begins to pretend to sleep.
I downloaded the 695MB AVI file. I removed the green tint to the video by turning off color in Quicktime. I found that the same can be done in
VLC by bringing up the Extended Controls window and completely lowering the saturation control accessible under Image Adjust. Video quality was otherwise good. There are lost bits of dialog at the beginning or end of some scenes. That may be due to frames having been lost at the beginning or end of reels or is evidence of cutting. The audio had hiss throughout, but it didn't interfere with the dialog.
