the suspects luring the pete's pizza driver into a courtyard on the 4900 block of fourth street. the suspects chased him eventually stealing his delivery bag and his car if you have any information on the carjacking or the man that attacked that pregnant woman please call philadelphia police. the man charged in a deadly accident that killed three buck county teenagers 53-year-old michael ware covered his face as he walked inside. it was a preliminary case to see if the case was strong enough to go to trial. is he charged with manslaughter for letting his 15-year-old daughter drive his suv on thanksgiving weekend, all three passengers died all the victims were from the high school.

this case. hey chad. >> reporter: hey sharrie, here at septa headquarters is the operation center and there is an arsenal of computers and officers. and she used her head and hands to help catch alleged thieves, they were nabbed on the subway line there on 3rd street. this is 18-year-old raykwan jackson running from the terminal. one of his two alleged accomplices keeps a lookout and he just snatched a cell phone from a young woman but keeping a watchful eye was shakira jones a dispatcher from the septa center. >> we assumed he had on all black clothing until another video of him coming out of the roller gate.
