frost watch. a decent jacket is not a bad idea as you wait for the bus to come rumbling down the road. as we go through the afternoon, we'll have winds up to 20 miles per hour. it's cool, high of 65 degrees. we'll not hit that until late in the afternoon, probably around 5:00 p.m. chilly and jacket weather all the way. karen rogers we've got the chance of not only more clouds, but rain over the in the 48 hours, i'll have that with future tracker 6. >> reporter: we have an accident on i-95 southbound near washington avenue. you can see the flashing lights involving two vehicles, we're hearing there is someone injured on the scene. we've got emergency workers there, blocking the right lane. i-95 southbound off-ramp to washington avenue, right lane blocked. you can see how traffic slowed in this area because of that.

scene at moore and hollywood in south philadelphia. it appears to be a drive-by shooting, the 17-year-old was in the area when he was hit by bullets ten times. officers took the teen in their police cruiser to the hospital so they could get there as quickly as possible and he is there listed in critical condition. now, witnesses tell detective's they did see a dark colored vehicle leaving on moore street. back out here live they are looking for anymore information and more witnesses to come forward. if you have that information you are urged to contact south detective's. annie mccormick channel 6 "action news." thank you for that. this is new video just into "action news," philadelphia firefighters knocked down a fast-moving fire in center city about an hour ago. it broke out on 200 block of south 10th street. no injuries were reported.

in allentown we have tied the existing record low at 37. trenton is ho one below -- at 40, so you're one below the record. it's unseasonable chilly this morning and in some spots there might be frost around now, maybe you grab the potted plants in. the best chance of that would be in the lehigh valley and toward berks county where there's a frost at advisory until 8:00. lots of sunshine on the way today, staying on the cool side. 45 degrees by 8:00 a.m. 50 by 10:00 a.m. noon, 55. 3:00 p.m., 62. we'll have to wait all the way until 5:00 p.m. to get today's high, that will be 65 degrees this afternoon. windy, chilly, good looking day, but definitely coat weather if you're outside, jacket or sweatshirt something like that a good idea.

the latest on the trouble spots, good morning. >> reporter: the accidents we have is on i-95. southbound near washington avenue. as you look at the shot, you can see the flashing lights here. we have fire crews on the scene, two vehicles involved. someone injured on the scene. this is the off-ramp washington avenue to i-95 southbound. the backup, i-95 southbound heading toward penns landing. you have the right lane blocked with this accident. we have an accident at cheltenham avenue at washington lane. someone injured in the accident. police on the scene. that may cause you a little bit of extra slowing. i-95 southbound approaching cottman. here, traffic is standing still at the moment. southbound traffic is moving okay. it's an easy 15 minute ride from woodhaven to the vine. i want to show you on the commuter traffic report, an accident 130 southbound in

chopper 6 hd is live over an accident i-95 southbound near washington avenue where you see tanker trucks that have collided with each other. this has some of the lanes blocked. we see an ambulance and fire truck to the rear of the screen and traffic trying to gingerly make its way by. this is causing a backup on i-95 southbound. if possible take another route at least for now it's a good idea. there are no arrests in a late night shooting in the city of chester. police search for evidence in the 1400 block of richardson terrace at 10:00 p.m. where a person was shot in the face. it was an emotion night university of delaware campus, 100 family and friends
