Description : The Old Mill Shopping Center (also called the Old Mill Speciality Center) opened in 1976. Considered a "Ghiradelli-type" shopping area, the new indoor development boasted boutique shops, movies, trendy restaurants and a waterfall and creek all centering around its namesake working mill.
