Relationships are not just romantic exchanges between two people. They are how we interact with the world around us, from our closest friends to a delivery person we may meet only once. Oz, co-author of the "You: The Owner's manual" series, examines the behaviours and habits that may interfere with a positive approach to others. Each chapter includes exercises and suggestions for improving communication skills
