Extremely dumb but fun 2011 Filipino horror comedy movie about a bumbling guy that asks a dead old lady to help a nurse fall in love with him, but then ghosts and demons start messing up his life. It doesn't have a rating, but I would say it's PG-13. Has hard encoded English subtitles. 

This one is kind of Fullscreen but not totally. It has a bit of an odd aspect ratio but that's just how it was released. It looks like 1.78 letterbox in a 1.33 frame like early 2000's quasi-"widescreen" VHS releases.
