Description: Oral argument by attorneys before the California Supreme Court on November 7, 1990, in a suit originally brought by a homeowner convicted of criminal sexual child molestation against the insurer of his homeowner's policy to recover damages under the policy for injuries allegedly sustained by the child victim and the child's mother. Courts in federal and other state jurisdictions have followed rulings in this case 5 times during the period 1991-2013.
