May 24, 1982: From an incomplete airing of the premiere of "A Charlie Brown Celebration."
June 30, 1982: From a TV re-airing of "Race For Your Life, Charlie Brown!"
December 21, 1982: From "Frosty the Snowman" and the premiere of "Yogi Bear's All-Star Comedy Christmas Caper."
These were the last videos I uploaded before my first account got taken down, so here it is once again! Thankfully, this wasn't the reason my channel wasn't taken down, so I'm confident that this will stay up.
For this upload, I'm uploading it in the order they appear on the actual VHS itself, so that's one good thing!

I was born in 1998, so I definitely wasn't there to experience anything like this. The only way I could at least appreciate an era as revolutionary as the 1980's was through VHS tapes and cassette recordings from the era. Which is what I initially wanted to do with an Archive account like mine, sharing TV history that I feel deserves to be seen.
Personally, I feel that the early-mid 80's (right around 1981 to 1987) was quite possibly the best time in that period, as there were still shows and commercials using mostly practical effects for their programming, which definitely adds to the charm of that era. If I were to pick a favorite year, I would say 1984; not much of a reason to say right now.
I have also been searching for Saturday morning recordings during that time period as well, as I feel that the aesthetics of pretty much everything I exemplified were shining brightly at that point. However, those recordings are nearly impossible for me to come by, both on eBay and hunting around thrift stores. If anything like that does come by, I'll try and rip that as soon as I can.
Thank you for your comment!

Very nice! Best year!
I was born 1987.. and several years back I got obsessed with Christmas 1982.. or December 1982 specifically. I don't know why except that every commercial and program was speaking to me. If you search on YouTube December 1st 1982 I actually made a full hybrid video of everything that was on TV that night. It was a Wednesday, LOL.
So anyways, December 1982 is like a personal hobby of mine and this is a great variety of the year!
