Phoenix Sky Harbor’s Terminal 3 North Concourse is set to open in early February. This video features a first-look at the renovated North
Concourse with Phoenix Mayor Kate Gallego on Tuesday, Jan. 28, 2020. A
newly-fabricated plaque honoring the late John S. McCain III is unveiled in the video along with brief remarks from Cindy McCain.

Terminal 3, originally opened in 1979, has undergone an extensive modernization. The Terminal 3 Modernization Project began in 2015 and was divided into three phases for completion in order to minimize the impact on travelers and operations. The last component of the Terminal 3
Modernization Program is the North Concourse. It features ten airline gates and all new shops, restaurants and customer amenities such as an
animal relief area, a nursing room, a family restroom, hearing loop connectivity in the gate areas, and access to power from every seat. The majority of these businesses are locally owned and operated.
