Nisei male. Born 1927 in San Francisco, California. Grew up in Los Angeles, California. During World War II, was removed to the Manzanar concentration camp, California. One of the major players in the movement for Japanese American redress and reparations, Mr. Hohri founded the National Council for Japanese American Redress (NCJAR). Mr. Hohri passed away in 2010.
