Dennis the Menace comic book issue which has one large main story, "The Party Smarty" in two parts in which the Mitchells are having an open house for a business client and Dennis inadvertently brings a mob of prospective buyers by planting "For Sale" signs in the front yard. This is an adaption of the live action Dennis TV show story "Dennis and the Open House". It is illustrated by one of Hank Ketcham's "ghost artists", Owen Fitzgerald.
There is also a side story told in rhyme called "Stevie Teevee", about a boy who turns into a television set after watching too much boob tube.
There is also an educational segment on how televisions work.
