Here is the second edition of "How To Make Crepe Paper Costumes" (copyrighted 1925). I am uploading this rare booklet because Kodak's even more rarer 1928 "Junior Scenarios For Home Movies" script book suggests it for making the fairy tale costumes. (Well, rare until I uploaded both here.)
