THEATER FIVE Theater Five was ABC's attempt to revive radio drama during the early 1960s. The series name was derived from its time slot, 5:00 PM. Here is a 16mm. home movie of Chicago's 1933 World's Fair in all its troubled splendor. It comes from our David Gray Collection, which includes other footage of Chicago from the 1930s through 1960s. Highlights of this reel include an animatronic tyrannosaurus rex, a strange looking Radio Flyer sculpture and a building titled "Infant Incubators - with living babies."
