In the early 15th century, Isabel Dutton, wife of Christopher de Southworth, claimed to have 8 barons of the group of 25 who were chosen to insure the terms of Magna Carta were kept by John, King of England, as ancestors. This determines whether or not her claim was truthful and who those eight barons were.
