The Missal of Eberhard von Greiffenklau is a masterpiece of Dutch manuscript painting. It was originally produced in the second quarter of the 15th century and features work by the Masters of Zweder van Culemborg, as well as the celebrated Master of Catherine of Cleves, linking it to possibly the finest Dutch illuminated manuscript ever made: The Hours of Catherine of Cleves of circa 1440 (Morgan Library & Museum, M.917 and M.945). The extremely elaborate Missal is illuminated with one...

This book catalogue from the second half of the 12th century, lists the books of the library of the Benedictine monastery of St. Lambrecht1 in Southern Styria, Austria. The monastery was founded in 1076 and dissolved under Joseph II in 1786. The dissolution of the monastery also spelled the end for the monastery library – its 10.000 books and manuscripts were transported to the University Library of Graz. There they are kept to this very day, even though the monastery was refounded in 1805...

Torah with Targum Onkelos, verse-by-verse. Both are vocalized with simple superlinear (Babylonian) punctuation, but Tiberian vocalization has also been added in parts. Lacks Genesis and Exodus, contains Leviticus through Deuteronomy. This is an early example (11th-12th century) of the Torah with Onkelos according to the tradition of the Jews of Yemen. It is similar to From British Library ms. Or. 1467. Resembles British Library ms. Or. 2363 .

The Leningrad Codex is the oldest extant Hebrew Masoretic manuscript of the entire Old Testament. The manuscript claims to have been written by Samuel ben Jacob in Cairo in 1008 and based on manuscripts by Aaron ben Moses ben Asher. It has been used as the basis for many printed editions of the Hebrew Bible.

Torah (Pentateuch) wth Tiberian vocalization and masoretic notes. The main part of this codex is one of the oldest examples of the Tiberian mesorah. It has been utilized by scholars as one of the most important manuscripts for the reconstruction of the text of the Torah in the Aleppo Codex. Other parts (most of Genesis from the start and most of Deuteronomy until the end) were added by a Yemenite Jewish scribe in a later century, in order to complete a full copy of the Torah. A direct scan of the Aleppo Codex. This scan is higher quality than the one made from the fascimile edition , but has two shortcomings compared to the latter: This scan included is missing a large number of pages, which make up part of certain biblical books. In this scan the pages are not numbered, and the text shown is not indicated. This PDF scan is copied from Seforim Online (#263) .
