"Nuremberg: It's Lesson for Today" was made by the Office of Military Government for Germany in May of 1947 under the auspices of the OSS Field Photographic Unit headed by John Ford. In the summer of 1945, Ford dispatched Stuart to Europe to hunt for Nazi films that could be used at the Nuremberg trial. His older brother Budd, of higher rank, followed and led what became a small team of editors and writers. During a frenzied 4-month period, the Schulberg brothers and their colleagues...

An ultra-rare Russian-language documentary about the most notorious of the Gulag death camps in frigid north-eastern Siberia. If sent to Kolyma, you had about a 10% chance of survival, death coming quickly from exposure, illness, disease, overwork, or inmate gangs.  The common expression in Russia was, "Kolyma means death!" Anything (or nothing) you did, had done, or might do would be enough to get you sent there. To quote Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn - author of The Gulag Archipelago - on...

This is the original cover sleeve of the 'Goodbye Horses' single, so people can see that it is a woman singing. The picture is of Q Lazzarus. I too, initially thought it was a man singing, but knowing that it is not, does not detract from the fact that the song is amazing and powerful. The song lyrics and composition by William Garvey (who died in 2009) and sung by Q Lazzarus. Actual lyrics are :- GOODBYE HORSES He told me, "I've seen it rise, But, it always falls. I've seen 'em come, I've...

Hidden Dangers of the Rainbow by C. Cumbey So what are the new social movements ? What direction is politics taking ? As FDR said, "in politics nothing happens by accident. If it happens, you can bet it was planned that way". What direction is our planet moving towards ? Are we witnessing the rise of the global Religious leaders, while Political leaders are stuck in irrelevance ? Are there forces working to misuse your goodwill ? Are we about to see Heaven on Earth, a passage to...

For forty years, Charles Manson has survived most of his life in what he calls 'the hallways of the all ways,' the reform schools, jails and prisons that have been his home and tomb. His thought was born in the hole of solitary confinement, apart from time and beyond the grasp of society. In his cell, he created his own world and speaks his own language: he has concluded that there is only the mind. This DVD will relinquish to you the extreme story of the killer of all killers: Charles Manson....
