It seems that every internet upload and every hard copy DVD-R of this movie stem from the same source. It sounds like a VHS tape that wasn't tracked properly in the VCR when making the digital copy. Someone PLEASE find the source and tell them to fix it or someone PLEASE find a better print with better audio.
