September 7, 2022 -- Just back from the August recess, Sen Charles Grassley (R-Iowa) notes the recent resignation from the FBI for what was widely reported as the agent's political partisanship.
Timothy Thibault, an assistant special agent in charge in the District of Columbia, was apparently forced out of his job at the FBI over Labor Day weekend, in the wake of obvious partisan political behavior.
Thibault was reportedly responsible for blocking the FBI's investigation into the Hunter Biden laptop. FBI whistle-blowers had told senators Grassley and Wisconsin Senator Ron Johnson that the Hunter Biden laptop sat unlooked at by the FBI because there was an alleged interest by Thibault and perhaps others ...to keep all the damaging information on the laptop from being investigated. The FBI had the laptop in their possession since the Fall of 2019, a full year before the November 202 election.
Many political observers now say, that if the information on Hunter Biden's laptop had been made public, if there had been some FBI investigation into his use of drugs, and other information on his business dealings were made known to voters prior to the November 2020 election, the information may well have destroyed the Biden campaign.
