Best at writing catchy hooks set to mid-tempo guitar rock, Fallen Isaac rocks with emotion, while retaining an edge of anger and undertones of sorrow. It's not difficult to catch yourself fall into the carefully woven verse, chorus, verse formula that this band does so well with a twist. Fallen Isaac excels at soft flowy verses and heavy rock tones for choruses, shrouded by Kaskys emotion-drenched vocals. The band was formed on July 4th, 1997, by the 24 year old vocalist who at the time was 22. After teaming up with Escobar, the two quickly slapped together a four piece band with the addition of a drummer and bassist, and wasted no time before they were playing gigs and recieving excellent feedback. Two years later, Kasky revamped the band, keeping only Escobar and severing ties with the other half of his band. This stemmed from Kasky's dissatisfaction with the playing ability in the band he was in. Once re-established in 1999, the band's sound was so tight, they soon found themselves laying down tracks for their first indie-album. Later, the band was offered a production deal by the affiliate of a major label, but due to the poor health of a member, the deal was unfortunatley dropped. Now, back again in 2000, Fallen Isaac, ever-confident, is searching for new management and playing gigs around the Los Angeles to Santa Barbara area.
