Akram, Isis commander and military administrator for Chaparhar district, originary from Khun village of Chaparhar, arrested in 2019 in Chaparhar, being beated alongside others prisoners (both from Isis and Islamic Emirate) in Pul Charakhi prison in Kabul, his uncle Mulla Naaim who was a salafi preacher and the first one who started to attack the Islamic Emirate in Chaparhar in 2015, surrendered to Afghan Government police forces in Surkh Rud in late 2018, the brother of Akram, Suliman, was killed in face to face clashes against the Islamic Emirate in Tura Bura area of Pachir Agam of Nangarhar in middle 2017
