Link TV Archive


Link TV is a non-profit US satellite television network broadcasting programs that engage, educate and activate viewers to become involved in the world. These programs provide a unique perspective on international news, current events, and diverse cultures, presenting issues not often covered in the US media. Link TV is carried nationally on DirecTV Channel 375 and Dish Network Channel 9410. Link TV was launched as a daily, 24-hour non-commercial network in 1999. It receives no government funding or money from satellite providers, but relies instead on contributions from viewers and foundations.

Featuring, a young Indian-American lawyer, the film follows the case he brought on behalf of the victims in front of the Federal District Court in New York. Case number 99CIV 11239 has survived two motions to dismiss, and is now proceeding to trial. .
