A fold-out map of the United States of America was given free to customers of the Fred Harvey Restaurants during the War in Korea from 1950 to 1953. In 1942 they gave out free postcards also showing insignia and decorations of members of the U.S.Armed Forces. These are harder to acquire than the World War Two postcards, believe it or not?
