About us:

We are a group of professionals and graduate students at University of Toronto Libraries (UTL) and Internet Archive Canada (IAC) committed to providing public access to information.

Sam-chin Li is a reference and government information librarian at UTL. Judy Curry from the Toronto Reference Library has lent many volumes of the Handbook to fill the UTL gap.
