of course, he had a very good relationship with speaker paul ryan. that never really materialized, and it became clear as the weeks and months wore on that reince priebus didn't have much legislative experience at all. so different than so many other chiefs of staff that went before him. i was told by someone close to the president that in the recent weeks and months, the president viewed him as more a junior staffer than a chief of staff here. it became clear where this was going here. many of his associates didn't nil realize it. but again i'm told, wolf, that other people who were aligned with the republican national committee essentially came in with reince priebus also may find themselves looking for new jobs as well. they may be resigning because this washington-new york divide we've been talking about so much over the last six months or so, it really is deepening even more now, and the trump loyalists feel it's time for them to take the reins here. we'll see how that plays out. but this is causing unrest on the west wing here. this is not simp
