. ♪ ♪ ♪ ♪ ♪ ♪ ♪ ♪ >>> in the sierra foothills today a big rig fire shut down a portion of interstate 80 in both directions and cause traffic delays. they share this video and firefighters working to control the fire and it was just west of colfax. the chp said the driver was able to get out of the burning truck and was not hurt. the fire was first reported at 10:00 this morning and all lanes were shut down for several hours. the chp just reopen the final lane about two hours ago. >>> people driving through oakland on 80 faced gridlock during the morning commute after an rv overturned in the eastbound lanes. it happened about 5:10 this morning on seminary avenue in the chp said someone stole the rv and was towing it but it detached while the driver was being chased by the owner of the rv. the suspect got away, but debris was spread across all lanes causing one driver to swerve and end up in a ditch. the chp close three lanes as crews worked to clean up the mess and the lanes were all reopened about 10:00 this morning. >>> parents and a west oakland neighborhood are complaining it is not safe for
