take my state of florida. approximately -- and i'm rounding these numbers -- approximately 50% of our people in florida get their health insurance from their employer and they're in a group policy. another 16% in my state get their health care from medicare because they're eligible at that age. another 10% in my state get their health care from medicaid because they are either qualified under the income level or they are disabled. now, add that up. that's 76% right there. of all the people of florida. that includes children. okay. now, what about the remaining 24%? about 4% or 5% of our people also have health insurance, but they pay through the nose because they're buying an individual as opposed to a group policy, and if you're buying it individually where all the health risk is on one life, the costs of those premiums are very, very high, and the remaining 19% are the uninsured. that's the population of my state of florida. now, that will vary with different states. obviously, in florida, we have more aged

florida. florida has been called the toughest state on teens. these teens in this florida case are dealing with that possiblesy of a very, very long sentence. could these teens get life and would that be unconstitutional? >> they're being charged with second degree attempted murder, but really, the adult system is not set up appropriately to deal with teens. it should really stay in juvenile court. juvenile court is just for that, to deal with individuals not attached to move on to a felony-type crime. these teens should have been charged in juvenile court. the out that the judge will have in the adult court system, he could sentence them as juvenile to a lesser sentence, but it will follow them for the rest of their lives, as opposed to in a juvenile court. >> michelle, i am so torn about this case because i am so nauseated over what the kids did, but never the less, we're going to see it in a little bit, there was a picture of them today in court, they look like kids. like 14 and 15-year-old kids. i just don't know how to reconcile that act wi

bradford cohen, most of them are in florida. florida has been called the toughest state on teens. these teens in this florida case are dealing with that possibility of a very, very long sentence. could these teens get life and would that be unconstitutional? >> no, they're being charged with second degree attempted murder, so they're looking at 15 years apiece. but the adult system is not set up to appropriately deal with teens. it should really stay in juvenile court. juvenile court is just for that, to deal with individuals not attached to move on to a felony-type crime in adult court. these teens should have been charged in juvenile court. the out that the judge will have in the adult court system, he could sentence them as juveniles to a lesser sentence but it will follow them for the rest of their lives as opposed to a juvenile court where it may be sealed once they turn 18. >> michelle, i am so torn about this case because i am so nauseated over what the kids did, but nonetheless, we're going to see it in a little bit, there was a picture of them today in court, they look li
