so a little bit about the schedule the environmental document was approved by the sfmta and even though lead of the project contributed to the sfmta and peter has been leading the effort and mta implemented the design so it's underway a new project cac was formed and they've met on june 26th a new group of people some people from the environmental cac were there the final design takes us stilettos sum and construction beginning in early 2016 with revenue options in the mid of 2018. with the completion of thirty percent design in the conceptual engineering report there was a new cost estimate to increase to $162 million it's completely fund through the recreational and was the federal small start fund. the c e r identified a few challenges with the project technical and otherwise they've found first they're focused on the station design so one of the goals of the projects is to achieve the level boarding where the doors line up with the platform and there's issues with the vehicle prosecute curd the lug nuts stick out they'll scratch a platform and in addition trying to achieve vertical
