four people had their cellphones stolen in ( james ) ( james ) ( james ) a warning this morning if you ride bart. four people had their cellphones stolen in separate incidents. police say one thief stole a person's phone at the fruitvalle station saturday... and knocked that victim to the gorund in the process. a second victim's cellphone was taken at the union city station. then, at the 16th street station in san francisco, a man cellphone was taken as he walked up the stairs. and lastly... police say a large group of teens stole cellphones from two people at the coliseum station. a 14-year-old suspect was arrested in that incident. the other attackers ran off. ( james ) in the east bay... police are searching for a man who punched a bart passenger in the head and stole his wallet in oakland. it happened at the fruitvale station. police say the victim was trying to pay for his ridewhen the man punched him in the head and snatched his wallet. the thief then ran from the station with a pitbull. ( james ) also in the east bay... sideshows are becoming a growing problem... the most recent happening in emeryville. we brought you this story yesterday on the kron 4 morning news... now the mayor of that city says they are taking steps to prevent future sideshows. early sunday morning... more than 100 cars and some 500 people were spotted gathering a parking lot in emeryville. police quickly moved in and cleared the lot. and emeryville's mayor says he's determined to keep it that way.
