them. president trump continues to make claims on twitter tv host and former congressman joe scarborough might be responsible for the death of a congressional staffer 19 years ago. investigators say she died after a fall while having heart trouble, and scarborough was not there at the time. now as we discussed yesterday, the young woman's husband, the widower, wrote an emotional letter to twitter saying the president had, quote, perverted her death and it was causing the family to grieve all over again. twitter has responded. it won't take the tweets down, but a spokesperson did say we are deeply sorry about the pain these statements and the attention they are drawing are causing the family. it says it's working on new policies so we can more effectively address things like this going forward, and we hope to have those changes in place shortly. twitter has said in the past it will not censor the president, it will not take down his tweets or change them. at the same time it was apologizing it added blue fact checks underneath the president's inaccurate claims that mail-in vot
