t, quijano: all right, omar villafranca, amid the holiday bustle. omar, thank you. whll, where are the winter storms headed next? here's chief meteorologist eric wbsher of wbz-tv in boston. eric? >> good evening, elaine. the storminess all across the g,st coast. this is going to be the one we track over the next couple of days. and that speckling of clouds you see over the pacific, that's an indicator of much colder air that is moving in as well. so there's a whole variety of winter storm warnings across the stormn half of the u.s., including blizzard warnings udross the dakotas. so, this storm system sliding down through the southwest thnight. as we head into saturday, crossing the rockies. by christmas day, a blizzard bynding up, and then a very warm side of the storm probably producing thunderstorms. now, in terms of the snow, significant totals all across the west, including across arizona, the mountains there. and then the heavy snowfall on sunday reaching up across western south dakota and across north dakota as well. i mentioned the warmer side of the storm--
