i just confirmed this photo moments ago with san rafael police. i apologize. police say he chased multiple women yesterday morning and ran from police, all of this happened eight days after he got out of jail. take a look at this. it started at 6:in the morning on laurel place. someone called police because they saw jones and thought maybe he was casing their apartment to possiblyburg gla rise it. ten minutes later police were called to boyd park because the suspect was allegedly chasing a woman walking her dog. then police were called again to another woman who said he was chasing her in the area. he ran from the police and allegedly chased a third woman to her place o eventually, he somehow got himself onto the roof of a taco ria on fourth street. i spoke to an employee who showed up to working with a stranger on top of his roof and enormous police scene. >> came from here. and he went there. you see his face, like a scary face. you say oh, my gosh, what's going on over here? >> reporter: so police eventually were able to convince the man to cop down. willie
