d.c. superior court as this dane powell the man from tampa will, were guilty to one count of felony rioting and one count of assaulting a police officer. we all remember how things looked on inauguration day as president trump was taking the oath of office up at the capitol. starting in logan circle and then spreading for about 16 blocks here in the downtown area. there were more than 200 protesters on the street, 230 of them arrested, 212 prosecuted. this is the first plea deal and apparently mr. powell is facing many years in prison and a dozen charges or so. he's going to plead guilty to these two charges and we're told facing up to one to three years in prison. on facebook his supporters say we must show him and the state that he is not forgotten and that we will that continue to resist. again, they are vowing people from that resist movement to come here to d.c. superior court at 9 o'clock this morning to show support here on the street and in the courtroom as well, guys, and we'll be
