kiet do, kpix 5. >>> kpix 5 katie nielsen is live in mill valley were th widespread power outages are affect thousands of people this morning. drove as you can see it is still very windy. this is the tennessee valley road in mill valley between marin avenue and shoreline. this stretch of the road is closed due to the downed power lines on the other side of where we are standing. what we are hearing from pg&e, over 16,000 people are without power in the northbay counties. we have these incredibly high winds that moved through with the storm last night. parts of petaluma and marin last night saw the 90 mile an hour wind. the lucas valley marinwood stations all 89 mile an hour wind gusting, something you would see in the category two hurricane or f1 tornado. power lines were ripped down, trees were toppled and the storm absolutely battered this area last night. the flood warning is in effect for parts of sonoma county this morning, set to expire at 5:15 am. some of the creeks and waterways were getting close to the flood stage and in the monitoring stage last night. the concern this morn
