good news. our kyndell nunley live from north las vegas where the majority of these employers will be. this is just coming off the news that we are now have one of the lowest unemployment rates that >> kyndell: yes and continuing to head in the right direction when it comes to job growth. if you want a career change or are look for a new job you might want to update that resume because over 2,000 jobs are expected to be up for grabs here in southern nevada. the governor's office of economic development is improving a nearly $2 million tax abatement for six companies. they'll now be able to move business to or expand it right here in our state. the big news 3 job seekers, most of the positions w an online retailer. that also goes by amazon.com. definitely huge. the positions are not posted but the company is building a new distribution center in north las vegas near north lamb and i-15. when that center opens next summer, 1,000 new jobs will be brought with it.

we set records for early voting. it looks like we're on pace to do big things this election day too. >> craig: this going to be a very big event as far as elections are concerned. before the polls even opened just behind me here in henderson people were lined up. they were ready to vote. and i can tell you that people at this lunch hour were seeing the parking lot fill up. they're making their way through this line fairly quickly. the cafeteria at henderson's liberty high is one of the busier polling places in all of clark county. at 30 electronic voting machines, voters are weighing in on the presidency. a new u.s. senator in nevada and all impor races. >> i like waiting for election day. it's more official. >> reporter: voters were in line 30 minutes before the doors opened at seven this morning. of the campaign, this voter said they tested her party allegiance. >> i typically vote republican but this year she had my vote. >> reporter: was there anything that happened in the election cycle that caused her to win your vote? >> um, no, i wouldn't say so he made it simple for me to vote for hillary. >> reporter: for so many reasons this has been an election that nobody will soon forget. especially for whistler cabinet. he became a citizen this summer. >> this is my first election. i wanted to be a citizen when obama was going to be president just to be part of that. >> reporter: 1,019,000 people are registered to vote in clark county. and more than 488,000 have already cast ballots in early voting. when combined with today's turnout, anoth participation. live once again on this election day in henderson. you might see a sign like this at your polling location. it is about a rule. the 100 foot rule. which says campaigns cannot campaign or candidates even within 100 feet of a front door. that guy in the blue shirt is campaigning for justice of the peace handing out flyers. another lady just outside of the shot campaigning for a school district seat. all of this is legal. there are also u.s. senate signs as you pull into the parking lot here at this high school. the campaigning for every vote continues with these races and all of it legal just outside of issued a order in a voter intimidation case. the judge saying the order will require extra training for people from the group "stop the steal" before they head to the that judge has scheduled a hearing for the morning to make sure training takes place. last friday the judge found the nevada republican party and the donald trump campaign are not training people to intimidate voters in nevada. just getting in. our kyndell nunley, she is live with what this judge decided. so kyndell what do we know? >> kyndell: well she actually has denied the written legal order, request for it at least, from donald trump and his campaign attorney for both of them against the clark county registrar of elections. once again that was denied. she called at least the reason identification of the poll workers saying they volunteer their time and she does not want those names put out as legal record. at least judge gloria with the clark county office of registrar says he is willing to give that information. once again the judge has denied that. does not want to legally insert the information. the reason being because that information when it comes down from the secretary of state is already mandated. we know at least the legal written order that they at least were asking for were saying they wanted legally binding that they keep all that information protected and at least on hand. that information already in. they have stepped in order and have been doing this for years. she was saying at least the judge called this written order for this, she said she was confused by it, puzzled was her exact words and she does not want the identification of the poll workers who volunteer their that out there at least on public record unless those people are talked to individually. she said the secretary of state herself who at least will be involved in making a decision not the campaign or the candidate involved in the president election. now the attorneys for donald trump didn't get this morning at a new york city polling site. two topless women burst into a manhattan polling station and began shouting "out of our poll trump." it is the same location where donald trump voted later that day. some poll workers took the raucous in stride. some didn't even flinch. as you can see people voting in the background they all stopped. how cue not stop and watch escorted from that building. no word whether they're going to face criminal charges and no explanation as to why they're not wearing clothes. >> krystal: german prosecutors say authorities have arrested five men on allegations they aided an isis group in germany to recruit members and provide financial aid and logistical help. the prosecutor's office says the suspects were focused on recruiting muslims in is tired. and he is thankful. >> krystal: a section of main avenue news 3 caved in if this morning in southwest japan. this is the traffic signal or the footage of a traffic signal falling into the sinkhole around 8:30 this morning. according to city officials, site, they were working and they found water pouring out from a water at 5:00 a.m. part of the avenue near the intersection just caveing in. that's huge! the sinkhole, 98 feet wide and long and 50 feet deep. a woman in her 70s was injured after falling on steps during the blockout. officials issued an evacuation order. they apologized saying ground water entered the subway tunnel trigger the cave-in. >> michelle: we've seen sinkholes likeha before but nothing so enormous like that. that's amazing no one fell in. >> kelly: shoot it over to kyndell nunley who joins us live at the galleria mall. kyndell, we've really set reco voting in clark county. i see it's kind of busy behind you too. >> kyndell: oh yes. 319,000 votes. over that and counting as you can see we're live at the galleria mall. this location in particular is one of the most popular. it actually is the most popular. you can see those lines have already started. most of the people coming down on their lunch hour. a good majority of the county's early votes were placed right here at this location once again over 37,000 people have turned that is the most any other early voting location has gotten this year. the trend is a testament of what's going on in other locations. about 40 percent of the county's 1,019,021 registered voters have already completed and turned in ballots so far this year. that compares to the last presidential election in 2012 when the early vote total was a little bit over 400,000. of the 800,000 total registered voters coming in at 51 percent. the percentage was higher but we've already come close to that number of votes.
