mr. green, i have one concern. i know the democratic party has always been the big tent. i want to make sure that you are working with debbie wasserman schultz and president obama. this is a critical election and we have all this noise on the right, from the teabaggers. we do not need the firebaggers on the left to marginalize the good that president obama is doing. i like to know what you're doing to support president obama. guest: i believe in the big tent, and it goes wider than the democratic party. we do our homework and we do the polling. how what point to some of the polling that we have done. it shows that on some of the tough issues of the day, including taxing millionaires, taxing those over $250,000, and some swing states, even taxing people over $150,000. they are popular among independents and even republicans. our message to the democratic party -- do not marginalize yourself when your true beliefs are the 80% of the public. . it is all right to treat it as if the preclearance had been denied. >> what i think a district court is supposed to do is not accept
