Don't Miss This One
You can tell the band had homefield advantage on this night in Chicago Heights. This show has everything one could want from an Umphrey's show: original classics, great improv jamming, some tunes that hadn't been played in a while, and fun covers. The first set is totally rockin with the FF> 40's> Haj> Cocaine. But the real meat of the show is in the second set, with the best Ringo I've ever heard into a nice Kimble. Then a Rich Man> Stewart> August> Raymond> Ninja, an AIT, and a Ladi Dadi intro> Slacker that hadnt been played in ten months! A really great show (great sounding source as well).
