Early Vermont Postcards Collection

Among the many historical items in Middlebury College's Vermont Collection are over 1,100 photographic postcards from depicting landscapes, structures, disasters, and daily life in early 20th Century Vermont. Postmarked Richmond, Feb. 1908 (?) and addressed to Miss M. L. Farrand, Essex, Vermont. The message says, "It snows here. The roads are bad up this way. When any of you come up bring Aunt some soda mint tablets."
