This is Corridor 7: Alien Invasion , a game that was released for MS-DOS computers in 1994.  This game features music, by means of CD-tracks (redbook audio), so thus the .CUE file will be needed in order to hear them. Note for DOSBox users: You will need to imgmount the .CUE file as the letter D:/, or else the CD-tracks will not play.
