While I have not conducted an analysis of the organ score, the film was capped exactly as broadcast on TV, frame to frame. The only copyright reference is the original one from when the film was first made. When "added" or "modern" materials THAT ARE UNDER COPYRIGHT are used, the broadcaster is obliged to include notice thereof, if no notice, no copyright.
Nor do the "subtitles" bear a copyright notice, for the simple reason that they are added by the Argentine station to English language movies at a hceap cheap price and are often inaccurate and of low quality, for which reason neither the station nor the provder wants to take the credit.

Failing to include a copyright notice when rebroadcasting someone else's work does not cause the whole work to fall into the public domain. If that were true I could take any movie, snip out the copyright notice, broadcast it and say "it's public domain!" Obviously absurd.
Adding poor quality subtitles without a copyright notice will not cause the work to fall into the public domain either.
This is merely a broadcast of Kino's restoration DVD which included the copyrighted organ performance of Gaylord Carter. A copy of that broadcast will not be legitimately public domain.
The uploading of copyrighted works like this endangers the mission of the Archive which is to make available genuinely PD movies.

There is no basis for claiming that the soundtrack falls into PD because a South American television station (who is not the copyright holder) broadcasts it and omits the copyright notice for the music while doing so.

If so, couldn't you prove your point by renting it, scanning it, and then uploading the scan here for everyone to see?

The fact that Kino sells a new version doesn't mean the previous version's score has become PD, however.
