A Kaufman-type broad beam ion source, used for sputtering and etching purposes, has been operated with Ar, Kr,O2 and N2 gas inputs over a wide range of beam energies (200-1200 eV) and gas flow rates (1-10 sccm). Several FORTRAN program modules for performing one-dimensional and two-dimensional discrete Fourier transforms, Mellin, and Fourier-Bessel transforms are described along with programs that realize the algebra of high speed Fourier transforms on a computer. Fredricktown City Dam is located 1.5 miles northwest of Fredericktown, Missouri on the Little St. Francis River. Fredericktown City Dam is used for water supply. The visual inspection did not reveal any immediate signs of instability. The inspection revealed the concrete was in good condition. The stream basin and downstream face below the tailwater were unobserved because of the water level. In addition, any undercutting of the toe was not determined.

The time history solution program L225 (TEV126) is described. The program calculates the time responses of a linear system by convoluting the impulsive response functions with the time dependent excitation. The convolution is performed as a multiplication in the frequency domain. Fast Fourier transform techniques are used to transform the product back into the time domain to obtain response time histories. The design and structure of the program is presented.
